The company noted it has provided liquefied natural gas to Terntank’s chemical tanker Tern Sea.
It was the first LNG SIMOPS bunkering Titan LNG carried out for Terntank and on behalf of their charterer, NEOT.
Simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) reduce the ship’s stay in the port and avoids operational delays.
Tern tank is one of four of Terntank’s 15,000 dwt chemical tankers with dual-fuel two-stroke engines built by Avic Dingheng shipyard in China.
The vessel is under a charter-deal with North European Oil Trade (NEOT).
