CONCEPT: Minimize operating costs over the facility lifecycle by implementing sound engineering principles and rigorous on-site analysis
OVERVIEW: The Lisbon Group team provided process engineering to reduce mono-ethylene glycol (MEG) losses. the root cause of this loss was identified within one week of our initial site visit through rigorous data analysis, site observations, and data collected on-site. As a result, MEG losses were reduced by more than 35%. Field activities were followed up with continued operational support, engineering, and QA / QC.
