OVERVIEW: The Lisbon Group provided complete process engineering support, including simulation and technology selection, standardization, and RAM analysis. Global lessons learned were derived from numerous IOCs and incorporated, resulting in streamlined decision making with successful results. We also supported vendor selection through managed competition.
