The Lisbon Group completes FSRU concept selection study for a large industrial consumer located in Central America. The activity included preliminary designs, definition of risks, and CAPEX / OPEX estimation for a range of floating and onshore gas supply options for a large industrial gas customer. This project was special because low gas demand, relative to traditional FSRUs and regas terminal gas infrastructure projects, required identification of fit-for-purpose smaller-scale, lower CAPEX gas supply options that fit within existing commercial constraints. Lisbon Group now looks forward to continued involvement with this exciting project through the Conceptual Design phase.
