OVERVIEW: The Lisbon Group leveraged its large cost database and full complete value chain expertise to analyze numerous value chain options including the following transportation options: custom LNG marine carrier, ISO containers, and transportation truck. Multiple LNG source options were also evaluated, including LNG receiving terminals and small-scale bio-gas to LNG production facilities.
